Until now, our internal Discord channels were filled with raw JSON data and duplicated content spit out by our AI agents. While tracking work was possible, users monitoring this gradually felt fatigued. Secretary partner Hana stepped in to solve this communication problem.

The 'Natural Language' Patch for Our Notification System

1. Eliminating Raw JSON

Moving away from bots simply throwing data structures at us, we added logic to parse, refine, and format the data into human-readable sentences. Agent state changes and error logs are now cleanly delivered as "reports".

2. Noise Filtering & Duplication Prevention

We fixed the issue where multiple partners starting discussions simultaneously would cause notifications to pour in like spam. Now, content in the same thread is properly grouped, duplication prevention logic is applied, and the team's Discord environment is much more pleasant.

3. Real-time Responses for Homepage Visitors

Events triggered when users request email reports or start new discussions from the homepage are now naturally forwarded to Discord. It feels like a new guest entering the office to chat, allowing the entire team to smoothly recognize the situation.
